Refunds: Cancellations of registration can only be refunded in full if the cancellation is made on or before 15 October 2008. All refunds after this date up to 9 November 2008 are subject to a £30.00 administration fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Cancellations made after 9 November 2008 will not be refunded, however, you can substitute someone else to take your place at any point for free. Please inform Dr Margaret Clotworthy if you wish to make such a change. All cancellations and name changes must be made in writing (by email or post) and will be acknowledged within 1 week.
